If you wish to return or exchange the product after purchasing it, we will be happy to fulfill your desire according to the following conditions:
1- Bring the original purchase invoice.
2- The product to be replaced or returned must be in its original condition, without any use, and with all its accessories and packaging.
3- Replacement or return shall be made within a maximum of three days from the date of the invoice.
4- In the event of a manufacturing defect or technical malfunction in the product during the warranty period, the organization has twenty days to contact the agent to repair the malfunction.
5- The warranty does not include the batteries included in the products, nor malfunctions resulting from misuse or incorrect installation by the customer.
